If you or a loved one is in need of urgent support there are a number of services (detailed below) that are available 24-hours a day, 7 days per week.

Suicide Call Back Service

The Suicide Call Back Service is a service that provides telephone support and online counselling for anyone in need (24/7). The Service provides immediate telephone counselling for individuals in crisis. They can offer an additional six telephone counselling sessions with the same counsellor scheduled at times best suited to your needs. They can also link you to other services in your area for ongoing supports.

Lifeline

Lifeline is a confidential telephone support service that is available 24 hours a day. Trained telephone counsellors are available to listen, support and assist to find available services.

Calm Harm provides tasks that help you resist or manage the urge to self harm. You can add your own tasks too and it's completely private and password protected.
