Mental Health Line

The Mental Health Line is staffed by mental health professionals and are there 24 hours a day to provide mental health advice and support for people dealing with mental health problems.

Kids Help Line

Kids Helpline is a free 24/7 phone and online counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25 years old. Specially trained counsellors who have experience in supporting children, teens and young adults are available by phone, email or webchat.

Sane Australia Help Line

​The SANE Helpline offers information, support and referrals to people who are trying to manage a mental health condition. Family, friends and carers are also able to access guides and resources to help them support their loved one.
