Mental Health Line
The Mental Health Line is staffed by mental health professionals and are there 24 hours a day to provide mental health advice and support for people dealing with mental health problems.

Kids Help Line
Kids Helpline is a free 24/7 phone and online counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25 years old. Specially trained counsellors who have experience in supporting children, teens and young adults are available by phone, email or webchat.

Sane Australia Help Line
The SANE Helpline offers information, support and referrals to people who are trying to manage a mental health condition. Family, friends and carers are also able to access guides and resources to help them support their loved one.
